After she graduated from Sciences Po and ESCP, Véronique Morali under took a Maîtrise in Business Law. Upon graduating from the ENA she joined the Inspection générale des finances(French public body for policy analysis) thats he left in 1990 to join Marc de Lacharrière at the beginning of Fimalac.
As a Boardmember and the General manager of Fimalac from 1990 to 2007, she played a major role in the definition of the group's strategy and international expansion.
She is now the CEO of Fimalac Développement. In 2008, she founded the editorial website terrafemina.com, as well as a firmcalled « TF-Co », specialized in business services.
In 2013, Véronique Morali has become the CEO of Webedia —justacquired by Fimalac— includingAllociné, TFco / Terrafemina, 750g, jeuxvideo.com, easyvoyage.com...
Véronique Morali is also the founder of the non-profit Force Femmes, whichaims at supporting women over 45 to find a job, and she is the co-founder of WomenCorporateDirectors Paris (a network of womenboardmembers).
She is a boardmember of Publicis Groupe, Cie Financière Edmond de Rothschild, Coca Cola Entreprises, and SNCF.
